A note from the instructors: 'Join our husband and wife class covering alcoholism, infidelity, stress, and more. We use our personal stories to provide a four-hour course that teaches about burnout and recovery, and how to maintain a healthy work-life balance. As someone who attended inpatient rehab for alcoholism and has been sober since August 3, 2015, I understand firsthand the importance of stress management. My wife and I have been married to each other three times due to my bad habits and decisions, but we are now the happiest we have ever been. I have even been able to join a new police department which I enjoy a lot. Let us help your department with a great stress management course.'
